Tamil Nadu Farmers’ Management of Irrigation Systems - Act, 2000
Section 33. Cognizance of offences.
No court shall take cognizance of an offence under this Act, except on complaint made by the competent authority or the President or Chairman, as the case may be , of the managing committee of any farmers organisation.
