TamilNadu Document Writers' Welfare Fund Act, 2022
Section 10. Delegation of functions of Committee.
The Committee may, with the previous approval of the Government, delegate to the Chairman or to the Secretary such of its functions under this Act or the Rules made thereunder as it may consider necessary, for the effective management of the fund, subject to such restrictions and conditions, as it may deem fit.
