TamilNadu Document Writers' Welfare Fund Act, 2022
Section 20. Cessation of membership.
A member of the fund on (i) voluntary withdrawal of his membership; (ii) surrender or cancellation of his licence under the Tamil Nadu Document Writers Licence Rules, 1982; or (iii) removal of his membership by the Committee, shall cease to be the member of the fund.
