TamilNadu Document Writers' Welfare Fund Act, 2022
Section 8. Vesting and utilisation of fund
The fund shall vest in, and be held by the Government. The Government shall release such amounts from the fund, in such manner as may be prescribed, twice a year to the Committee. The Committee shall utilise such amounts, subject to the provisions of, and for the purposes of this Act.
