Section 25. Members, officers and employees of Authority and Government to be public servants

All the members, officers and other employees of the Authority and all the officers and employees of the Government shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made under this Act, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
