Tamil Nadu Special Economic Zones (Special Provisions) Act 2005
Section 26. Protection of action taken in good faith.
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Authority or its members or any officer or other employee of the Authority or of the Government for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act.
