Tamil Nadu Special Economic Zones (Special Provisions) Act 2005
Section 28. Act to have overriding effect.
The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (Central Act 28 of 2005) and shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other State law for the time being in force.
