The Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Ritual and Practice of Burying Alive of a person Act, 2002
Section 5. Places not to be allowed or to be used for burying alive of person.
No person shall knowingly allow the burying alive of a person as a ritual or practice in any place which, (a) is situated in any place of worship or its precincts, and (b) is in his possession or under his control.
