An Act to provide for preventive detention of bootleggers, cyber law offenders, drug offenders, forest-offenders, goondas, immoral traffic offenders, sand-offenders, sexual-offenders, slumgrabbers and video pirates for preventing their dangerous activities prejudicial to the maintenance of public order.
