The Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966.
Section 11. Execution of contracts.
1[(1) Every contract entered into by a market committee shall be in writing and signed by the Secretary of the Market Committee in the manner as may be prescribed.]
(2) No contract other than a contract executed as provided in sub-section (1) shall be binding on a market committee.
