Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the 1Telangana Reservation in favour of Socially and Educationally Backward Classes of Muslims Act, 2007.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of 1Telangana.
(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 6th July, 2007.
