The Government Securities Act, 1330 Fasli.
Section 7. Endorser of Government security not liable for amount thereof.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the 1Hyderabad Negotiable Instruments Act No. V of 1318 Fasli, a person shall not, by reason only of his having endorsed a Government security, be liable in respect of the sum entered therein or any interest thereon.
