The Telangana Irrigation (Construction and Maintenance of Water Courses) Act, 1965.
Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the 1Telangana Irrigation (Construction and Maintenance of Water Courses) Act, 1965.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of 1Telangana.
(3) It shall come into force on such 2date as the State Government may, by notification in the 1Telangana Gazette, appoint.
