The Telangana Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1987.
Section 28. Protection of acts done in good faith.
No suit, prosecution, or other proceedings shall lie against the Government or any officer, authority or person empowered to exercise the powers and perform the functions by or under this Act, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or orders made thereunder.
