Section 2. Power of tahsildar to sell property distrained.

Power of tahsildar to sell property distrained.-- All tahsildars within the State of 2Telangana shall be vested with the power to sell property distrained for arrears of rent or of revenue and shall be subject to such rules and orders, if any, as may be made by the State Government in this behalf.]
