The Telangana District Collectors Powers (Delegation) Act, 1961.
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the 1Telangana District Collector's Powers (Delegation) Act, 1961.
(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the 1Telangana Gazette, appoint.
