The Telangana Occupants of Homesteads (Conferment of Ownership) Act, 1976.
Section 12. Authorised officer etc., to be public servants.
The authorised officer and any person empowered by him under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
