Section 1. Short title, extent, commencement and application.

(1) This Act may be called the 1Telangana Taxation Offences (Inapplicability of Limitation) Act, 1982. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification publish in the 1Telangana Gazette, appoint.
