Section 1. Short title, commencement and extent.

This Act may be called 1[the Telangana Non-mulki Prostitutes and Dancing Girls Act, 1350 F.] and it shall come into force in 2[the State of Telangana] from the date of its publication in the 3[Official Gazette].
