Section 13. Emption in Relation to Certain Institution
Nothing in this Act shall apply to institutions maintained by the Uttar Pradesh Board of Basic Education, Railway Administration, Cantonment Board or any other industrial undertaking owned or controlled by the Central Government or the State Government.
