THE UTTAR PRADESH BOARD FOR DEVELOPMENT OF MUNICIPAL FINANCIAL RESOURCES ACT, 2011
Section 9. Validation
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other provision of this Act, no action of the Board shall be invalid or otherwise called in question merely on the ground of the existence of any vacancy or defects in the constitution of the Board.
