THE UTTAR PRADESH PRAYAGRAJ MELA AUTHORITY, ALLAHABAD ACT, 2017
Section 22. Ammendment of U.P. Act no. xvi of 1938
In the United Provinces Melas Act, 1938,-
(a) Section-3 shall be omitted;
(b) In section 4 ,-
(1) in the first proviso, the words 'at Allahabad and' shall be omitted;
(2) the second proviso shall be omitted.
