Section 13I. Certain casual vacancies not to be filled
13-I. Where a vacancy occurs on a board by reason of death, resignation, removal or avoidance of an election of in elected member and the term of office of that member, would, in the ordinary course of events, have determined within one year of the occurrence of the vacancy, 1[such vacancy be left unfilled].
