Section 212A. Power of the Municipality to control and regulate the construction of any building or street and drains beyond Municipal area
1[212-A. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, a Municipality may, subject to such conditions and limitations as may be prescribed, control and regulate under this Chapter the construction of any building, street or drain, beyond the limits of the municipality up to a distance of five miles. ]
