Section 332. Inspection of municipal works and registers by members
332. With the previous sanction of the 1[President] any member of a Municipality may, inspect any work or institution, constructed or maintained, in whole or part, at the expense of the Municipality, and any register, book, accounts or other document belonging to, or in the possession of, the Municipality.
