Section 102. Proceeding of the 2Corporation Executive Committee, etc.
102. The meetings of the 1[Corporation], the Executive Committee 2[the Development Committee, the Ward Committees] and all other Committees and sub-committees shall be held and the business before them conducted and disposed of in the manner prescribed by bye-laws made by the 1[Corporation].
