Section 148. Determination of rates of taxes

148. The 1[Corporation] shall, on or before February 15 if it is an indebted 1Corporation but on or before March 15 otherwise, after considering the proposal of the Executive Committee, determine, subject to the limitations and conditions prescribed in Chapter IX the rates at which 1Corporation taxes referred to in sub-section (1) of section 172 shall be levied in the next ensuing financial year.
