Section 17. Mayor to be member
17. 1[(1) A 2[Mayor] shall be ex-officio member of the Corporation.]
(2) A 2[Mayor] shall have only a casting vote in the event of equality of votes when presiding at meetings of the 3[Corporation] or any Committee thereof and not vote as a member.
