Section 201. Power of State Government to reject, sanctions or modify proposals

201. Upon receipt of the proposals and objection under the preceding section the State Government may either refuse to sanction the proposals or return them to the 1[Corporation] for further consideration or sanction them without modification or with such modification not involving an increase of the amount to be imposed, as it seems fit.
