Section 528. Recovery of installments due under sections 524 and 525

528. Any installment payable under section 524 or 525 which is not paid when the same becomes due, may be recovered by the 1[Municipal Commissioner] by distress and sale of the movable property or the attachment and sale of immovable property of the person by whom it is due as if it were a property tax due by the said person.
