THE UTTAR PRADESH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 1959
Section 59. Salary and allowances, etc. of 1Municipal Commissioner 1and the
(1) The 1[Municipal Commissioner] 2[and the 1[Additional Municipal Commissioner]] shall receive from the 3[Corporation] Fund such monthly salary and allowances, as the State Government may from time to time determine
(2) The other terms of employment including leave, pension, contribution to Provident Fund, shall be such as the State Government may prescribe
