Section 99. Attendance of Chairman of a Committee at meetings of other committees
99. With the permission of the 1[Mayor] the Chairman of any Committee of the 2[Corporation] may be present at and address a meeting of any other Committee of the 2[Corporation] but he shall not, by virtue of this section, be entitled to vote thereat.
