The power of officers of the University other than the Chancellor, the Other Officers Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, the Finance Officer, the Registrar and the Controller of Examination, if any appointed shall be such as may be prescribed or laid. down by the Ordinances.
