Section 3. Incorporation of the university
The Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor and the members of the Executive Council and the Academic Council, for the time being holding office as such in the University shall constitute a body corporate by the name of the [Maha Yogi Guru Gorakhnath Ayush University, Gorakhpur]1.
