The UNITED PROVINCES (INDIAN MEDICINE) ACT, 1939
Section 14. Term of office of a member
Save as otherwise provided in this part, the term of office of the President or a member of the Board shall be three years ;
1[Provided that the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette extend, from time to time, the term of the President, and all members of the Board so, however, that the total extension does not in the aggregate exceed two years. ]
