Section 8. Meeting of Board.

8.(1) The Board shall meet at such times and places and shall, subject to the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (3), observe such procedure in transacting the business at its meeting, including the quorum thereat, as may be provided by byelaws made in this behalf. (2) The Chairman and in his absence the Vice-Chairman shall preside at the meetings of the Board. In the absence of both, any member chosen by the members present in the meeting shall preside at that meeting. (3) All questions arising in a meeting of the Board shall be decided by majority of votes of the members present and voting and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding at such meeting shall have a second or casting vote.
