THE UTTAR PRADESH HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINES ACT, 1951
Section 24. Decision by vote
(1) All questions which may come before a meeting of the Board shall be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting.
(2) In case of an equality of votes, the Chairman of the meeting shall have a second or casting vote.
