THE UTTAR PRADESH HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINES ACT, 1951
Section 45. Custody and investment of Homoeopathic Fund
The Homoeopathic funds shall be kept in the 1[State Bank of India] or with the previous sanction of the State Government, in any other bank.
