THE UTTAR PRADESH HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINES ACT, 1951
Section 5. Election of Chairman and the ViceChairman
1[ (1) There shall be a Chairman of the Board who shall be appointed by the State Government from amongst the members of the Board.
(2) There shall also be a Vice-Chairman of the Board who shall be elected by the Board from its members. ]
