THE UTTAR PRADESH HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINES ACT, 1951
Section 54. Court competent to try offences under this act and take cognizance of offences
(1) No court other than the court of a Magistrate of the first class shall take cognizance of, or try an offence under this Act.
(2) No court shall take cognizance of any offences under this Act except on a complaint in writing of an officer empowered by rules made in this behalf.
