THE UTTAR PRADESH HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINES ACT, 1951
Section 58. Savings
Unless it is under this Act otherwise expressly provided, no provisions of this Act shall affect a medical practitioner other than a homoeopathic medical practitioner registered under this Act.
