[ 40-B With effect from the date of commencement of the Uttar Pradesh Technical University (Amendment) Act, 2015 any reference to the Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow in any rules, statutes, regulations, ordinances and statutory instruments of any law for the time being in force or in any document or proceedings shall be construed as a reference to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University.
