THE UTTAR PRADESH MADAN MOHAN MALAVIYA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2013
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
(1) This Act shall be called the Uttar Pradesh Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology Act, 2013.
(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.
