THE UTTAR PRADESH LOCUSTS DESTRUCTION ACT, 1951

Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the U.P. Locusts Destruction Act, 1951 (2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the ninth day of July, 1951
