UTTAR PRADESH KANS ERADICATION ACT, 1951

Section 11. Persons acting under the Act to be public servants

All persons acting in pursuance of the provisions of this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of that expression in the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
