THE UNITED PROVINCES VETERINARY COUNCIL ACT, 1947

Section 10. Term of office of members

10. (1) The term of office of a member of the Council shall be three years from the date of his acceptance of office. (2) A person ceasing to be a member by reason of the expiration of his term of office shall be eligible for re-election or renomination.
