THE UTTAR PRADESH STATE COMMISSION FOR BACKWARD CLASSES ACT, 1996

Section 18. Penalty

Whoever, being legally bound to obey any order or direction of the Commission under Section 10 disobeys such order of direction shall be punishable under Section 174, 175, 176, 178, 179 or 180 of the Indian Penal Code, as the case may be.
