Section 3. Cinematograph exhibitions to be licensed
6[3. Save as otherwise provided in this Act, no person shall
[(a) give an exhibition by means of cinematograph or digital projection system, or;]7
(b) give an exhibition by means of video, or
(c) keep a video library.]
