Section 9. Prohibition of import of objectionable advertisement
9. No person shall import, from any place outside 1[ Uttar Pradesh ] to any place in 1Uttar Pradesh any newspaper or other periodical or any literature or picture of any other article containing any advertisement which contravenes any of the provisions of this Act.
