THE UTTAR PRADESH CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT, 1965
Section 105. Cognizance of offence
(1) No court, inferior to that of a stipendiary magistrate of the first class shall try any offence under this Act.
(2) No prosecution shall be instituted under this Act without the previous sanction of the Registrar and such sanction shall not be given without affording to the person sought to be prosecuted an opportunity to present his case.
